This department at EFERTO assumes the responsibility for overseeing and managing capital resources. This is the hub for crafting our management strategies. On request, it also conducts reconnaissance and due diligence, meticulously compiling comprehensive reports on potential partners. Furthermore, it maintains a constant vigil over its operating environment, focusing notably on foreign affairs and political analyses.

This is our Human Resources department, functioning on the foundation of human capital assessment. Its role encompasses the preparation and execution of executive teams, molding leaders for the entire EFERTO organization. Additionally, we extend consulting services in this realm to our clients, offering comprehensive solutions including recruitment, training, and the grooming of prospective managers, directors, and board members. Here, we equip our workforce for the demands of our operations.
